I’m a teacher and was en route to class when I was alerted that my back rear tire had only 3psi. I only go to Hollywood, so I stopped at a gas station and filled the tire with enough air to get me there. As usual, Joe took down the details and reassured me that they could get the work done quickly. Within minutes they had assessed the situation. He explained that in the Olden Days, cars had inner tubes that could be replaced or repaired. No more! He also explained that when a tire has a side leak, it can’t be repaired. (Who knew?). So, they’d have to replace it. I was told of a nearby store where I could go to purchase the same tire. Or they could go there, purchase it on my behalf, and do the labor of replacing it. I’d never go anywhere else! Not having to worry about the work quality was worth the extra cost as was their getting the work done in 90 minutes so I could get back to my afternoon classes. They purchased the exact same tire, checked the pressure in the other tires, and realigned them all. Their ER service was great. Thank you.
