Explained my options in great detail
I went there 4/15/2024 mostly for a diagnosis of my Subaru hybrid problems. I think it was the owner or manager who spent a lot of time with me afterwards explaining the possible issues and repair costs in order to help me make an informed decision about what might be worth my while to fix and what didn't need to be fixed.

Found the electrical problem that was draining my battery
I have used them 3 times now. They are very friendly and helpful. When I couldn't get a ride to pick up my car they came and got me. Even though they are very busy, they treat you like you are important. I was having an electrical problem that kept draining my battery. I was so happy they found and fixed the issue. I was so stressed out never knowing if my car was going to start. I don't drive much since I work from home. Now that they found the issue, even if I don't drive for over a week it turns right over. The prices are fair and the work is quality. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Treated me like family when I got stranded
Hollifield's went above and beyond when my car died on a drive home from a weekend trip. I had to wait until they were able to tow my car as they were a bit short staffed, but as soon as they were able to assist me it went so quickly and smoothly. They found the problem within minutes and made sure to check that they had all the information on my engine which they don't get in very often. After making sure several of their folks looked at it, they had to give me the hard news that I'd need a whole engine replacement and for my car it wasn't worth the cost. They then proceeded to help me find my way home as I was still 8 hours out from my destination, and they aided me in getting a ride to the closest airport. They were kind, professional, and understanding as I said goodbye to my car of 13 years. They helped me out more than I expected and I am forever grateful. I could not have had better luck than to break down in their area, and I am so grateful for all the support during an unexpected and hard time. I highly recommend their services!

Went for pads on front of my Subaru
Went in for pad replacement on my 2017 Subaru. They quoted more than the dealership and twice what I was quoted elsewhere. After waiting for an hour, I was charged $59 to tell me that I needed pads which is what I was there for. These guys used to be good and reasonable. I should have had it quoted before I even got there. Never again.

Quality Service and Repair
I recently had my car repaired by Hollifield Auto Repair following an accident. The oil pan and exhaust gaskets were replaced in addition to work done on the subframe. I had to return for additional realignment work, which was done at no extra charge. All work was done as quickly as possible with quality materials. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am pleased with the work done and my experience. I will continue to take my cars to Hollifield's for maintenance and repair.
