I bought a 2022 GV80 in Cumming Ga
As there is No dealer in my hometown of Savannah , the oil was changed in Augusta. The same month on a trip to Atl the plastic under covering fell off and was drug under my car until I could stop. Mind you this is on the interstate going 70mph -
I call the closest dealership for a repair and told March 3 which at the time is 6 weeks!
After thinking about this I call to speak to someone about this date- not knowing if this is an important piece ?? I’m told I’ll get a return call because the appointments are booked. No call WEEK 1, call again - same - no return call WEEK 2 - finally get appt moved up , part ordered and go today for replaced — told $700???? I have purchased the extra “Care” insurance - told Not covered
It’s a 2022 - told I “HIT something “
Now they REMOVE this part and I am back to square one and told by the MANAGER —“ YOU HAVE TO RETURN TO THE DEALER YOU PURCHASED FROM” ~~ WHAT????
Now I have to drive without this part 5 hours to get a repair!!!!

Anyone want to purchase a GV 80…. THINK TWICE — they DO NOT back their Warranties—
I am also a professional and would never treat a client this way!! Especially after a purchase made of this amount!!!!
