Restored hope for continued business
Thanks to Ken for professionally addressing and resolving a previous issue. The staff is friendly and the office is well kept. As a woman, finding honesty and good workmanship in the car repair industry is difficult to find. my vehicle has been serviced by this facility 3x's... I hope I've found a home for my car needs.

Rack and pinion
Needed a rack and pinion done on my 2005 dodge Ram 1500. Took it in , excellent work fast, Honest and reliable shop. Get you in and out in reasonable time. Definitely recommend this shop. Did I mention Black owned? Yes! You don't find to many Honest mechanic shops out here. Thankful and blessed to have found this shop and not worry about being taken for granted or overcharged because I'm a woman. Thank again Hills Auto!

Disappointed...
Disappointed with being quoted 2 separate Costs for services rendered to my vehicle. I was hoping this shop would be different from other repair shops, the one shop I could trust for future repairs.

Single, female, senior, retired.
I pulled into this shop and told a staff what my issue was with my vehicle. They were already busy, but staff took the time to stop and help me immediately. Staff listened to my concern and it took a little time for a possible diagnose. After further follow-up, staff made a good call and repairs was on point. The price was a little high, but expected, considering they was cleaning up someone else's bad work. I appreciate their time, patients, professionalism respect and the service provided. Yes, I will patronize this business again and refer them to others.
