I was given a quote that stated $384 when I took the car in it went from $384 to $1400 in a matter of minutes. i was told that it was an incorrect quote and a mistake.? a mistake should’ve been handled differently. I called the day before they knew I was coming in. I should have been called before I took in the car It was a “mistake”…. And not have to have gone and paid to have a ride ready for me to take me home.. because of a mistake that went from $384 to $1400.
