Getting ready for a road trip-so I brought my Honda in to get it checked-brakes, cooling systems, tire rotation etc. as usual the Hi-Tech staff was efficient, professional and got my car ready for this road trip. Five stars absolutely.
Expert service and detailed advice. Clear communication. Love and respect for cars and their owners. I can't say enough about the quality of service at High Tech Automotive.
I never feel like I'm being over-charged or unnecessarily advised to do things that aren't necessary. They're clear, efficient, and the turn around is very fast.
It's easy to make an appointment and communicate. It's a tight honest run ship.

We have a secondhand 2007 Subaru and have gotten excellent service here since we bought it 35,000 miles ago. The mechanics are friendly, efficient, and reliable. Hutch patiently looked over our car and engine with me this last visit and explained (plainly) what the issues were and what he advised. Excellent service and reasonable quotes on costs.
They take good care of their customers. The complimentary car wash has gone downhill (they use a place nearby). Car was still wet, and pretty filthy. It used to be a nice perk after spending big money there.

Bleeding air out of a fuel system
I came in to have the air bled out of my fuel system. They got some of it out, but not all of it and I returned to the shop and they told me that they could not get any more of it out so I called another shop that said that they would be able to fix it without any problem and get all the air out if I brought my car in on the 18th of March, so that’s in about a week and a half.
