Our 2005 Ford Escape (second car so not driven a lot) has had a problem with a dealer installed car alarm ever since we got it new. It locks up and we cannot start the car. We usually try a few different tricks and we get it started. However this time nothing worked. After calling our usual mechanic and asking if we had it towed to them would they would be able to take the alarm out, they informed us that they would not. We then called H&I as they are close to our home and talked with John. He was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we were talking about. We had the car towed there. When car was ready they also did a full car inspection and reported a few items we thought/knew needed attention and said we could think about any needed repairs or pick up the car without the alarm. We decided to take a ride over to meet them and decided to let them keep the car overnight and go ahead with the repairs. We picked up the car last night and car is running better than ever! I can't say enough about John and Ryan--very pleasant, courteous men. Oh, and my husband is a veteran so gave us a military discount.
