Great service and communication
The team was excellent customer service, start to finish. First, Hewitts offered a sooner repair start date than anywhere else I called. Communication around scheduling was good and drop off was easy, with good coordination with Enterprise for a replacement rental. When the original estimate of 2 weeks for repair turned out to be 3 weeks, the team there was really great about finishing the repair a few days early so I could get my car back in time for a long planned family vacation. The repairs look top notch, you couldn't tell there were replaced parts at all. Abby, Sam, and Dan were all good to work with, and I appreciated how professional they were--that's rare to find in midcoast Maine. I will recommend this shop to anyone I can. Thanks again!
