speedy, friendly, accommodating service
Service station was able to take me right away and fix my problem right away and at a very reasonable price. Friendly and personable, too. Recommended!

Amazing Service, Trustworthy
Amazing service, everything was fast, smooth, and very affordable. Karl was amazing, and took hours out of his evenings to drive my car in order to run fuel system cleaner through everything. This let me pass emissions, and saved me at least a grand, as I fully expected to need to replace expensive parts after bringing my car into other mechanics previously.

A month later, with all of the new work done on my car, I am insanely happy with what was done and how my car runs. I will be coming back as long as I live in the area.

New Appreciation
I have a new appreciation and awareness for HONEST auto mechanics! I was unaware of the amount of precision and time it takes to change brakes and rotors! I had the opportunity to observe Karl in action and he gives a new name to an honest and precise auto mechanic! Schedule an appointment and see for yourself!

Great Service . Honest Work. No frills !
Moved to West Virginia recently.

Great Customer service
Karl was one of the most accommodating people I’ve ever dealt with. He took what could have been a days long hassle into a one day fix. He was clear about the work he was doing, honest about the pricing, and he stayed late to make sure he got the job done in time for me to make it to work. An awesome guy, and an even better shop. Highly recommended

Amazing Service, honest man
I have an older car and it has needed a lot of maintenance lately. I have replaced my brake pads, rotors and parking brake — along with some engine trouble all in the last year.

Karl was nothing short of spectacular. He took the time to explain the situation and what my options were, and he has gave me great advice for improving the longevity of my vehicle.

I highly recommend using Hetricks Autobody I know I will be coming back — but hopefully not too soon!!

Same Day Fix
What can I say about Karl? He’s been inspecting my car for years. He never over-sells me. He keeps me informed. Tells me what it needs and why it needs it. Recently I had an emergency situation and explained to him I needed the car for work the next day. I had it back the same afternoon. He was busy but maneuvered to fit me in. He’s earned my loyalty!

Good people working hard for you
Hetrick's has gone thru a renovation, renewal, Hetrick's 2.0, if you will. Good people will take care of you. Won't try to rip you off. I have 3 cars and they all go to Hetrick's. Can't say enough about their service. Good place. Good people. Go there!

Al said he calls in or goes online and tells them what he needs. They give a time to be there and they take care of the problem. The business is extremely reasonable and Carl really knows what he's talking about. They don't mislead.
