I am extremely disappointed with the service department. I purchased my car brand new and have trusted Hertrich with its service for the past three years. I recently brought it in because the lane departure feature didn’t seem to be working. As it turns out, I had accidentally turned it off by pressing a button—an easy fix. Yet, the service department charged me $98.00. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it took them nearly an hour to discover something so basic. After buying two vehicles from this dealership and consistently using their service department, I expected better treatment. Charging a loyal customer nearly $100 for something so simple is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealership and will not be trusting them with future servicing of my cars.
