Herrod’s service was phenomenal—they truly went above and beyond. I originally stopped by in the morning just to get air in my tires, and a notification for low windshield fluid came on. I mentioned it to an older gentleman, and he kindly offered to fill it up. Without me even asking, he also checked my power steering fluid, oil, and antifreeze levels.
He let me know it was almost time for an oil change and gave me a business card. Later that same afternoon, I called, and they were able to fit me in for an oil change the very same day. The entire team was professional, kind, and efficient, and I really appreciated that they completed the service without pressuring me into unnecessary add-ons like other oil change places often do.
I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Herrod’s for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
