It was determined after the diagnostic test that I needed a new catalytic converter. They ordered the part within a few hours and had the new part put on not long after that. Halee was at the counter and communicated with me from start to finish. I didn't feel like I had to call and check on the part or my car. I was also impressed that the part was put on so fast by the mechanic(s) in the garage. The replacement made a difference. My car runs much better now.
