Another great experience - 2 purchases in the past 8 months
For the second time in 8 months i went to Heritage to purchase a vehicle and the experience was outstanding. The GM took the time to work out a great deal and George in Finance once again did a great job. 2022 Tucson deal
This is the third Hyundai I have purchased and the second at Heritage Hyundai Towson. The sales person Ben Kuper was was knowledgable, flexible and patient, even when because of my error, he had to re-do much of the paperwork. He went out of his way, a few days after purchase, to go over the electronic systems of the Tucson. He made sure that the value of my trade-in and price of the Tucson met my goals.
My only criticism is that after the trade value and price are determined, the process to finalize and sign the papers, is way too long (hours). This in no way is a reflection on Ben Kuper, he just followed the dealers requirements.

Purchasing a car is a mixed bag.
This is the third Hyundai I have purchased, and the second at Heritage Hyundai Towson. While I love Hyundais,, I hate the process of buying a car. It takes way to long after the car is selected and price is determined. The salesperson Ben Kuper did his best and was apologetic, but the process needs to be sped up.

My salesperson, Karl Smith was transparent, kind and thorough. Mike, the service manager spent 25 minutes on the phone with me, and more when I came in. We could’ve gotten to my payment range sooner.

I submitted with 4 star rating, but I meant to put 5 stars. 5 Star rating is mainly based on the great experience with my sales person Karl Smith. Thanks again for looking out and taking the extra step to get me in my new vehicle. It’s always good to find a sales person that cares. Also appreciated that your company contacted me to go over my responses to your survey and addressed my concerns. This is my 3rd Hyundai vehicle that I have purchased, thanks for finally a better experience.

Excellent experience for the 4th time!
I recently obtained a 2022 Hyundai Elantra from Heritage Hyundai and I was very grateful for the professional support, professionalism and efficiency of the transaction. My new vehicle was delivered to me looking absolutely outstanding. It is important to note that this was my FOURTH CONSECUTIVE LEASE with this dealership and I think that says more than a lot of extra words regarding satisfaction, ease of transaction and respectful sales agents.
