Your going to have to pay no matter where you go...You might as well pay for excellent service.
I'm not big on writing reviews. One thing I have noticed over the years is that businesses are not what they used to be (good, professional etc...) Hensley is different, they are knowledgeable, professional and timely. I try to maintain my vehicles as much as possible but when I need something done beyond my abilities...I am taking it to them.

Fraudulent
I’ve been a dedicated customer for 15 years, until my last experience. While charging me $1430.00 to replace 8 spark plugs, 2 coils and both heater hoses they called me to say my cam phasers need repair and it would cost $4300.00. I declined that service and paid for the original repair and service. Upon leaving my truck ran no better than when I dropped it off and I asked what was up? They said it was the phasers. I drove my truck down the street on 7cylinders to Anytime Auto who found the wire unplugged from #3 fuel injector, plugged it back in and sent me on my way without a charge, engine runs great again. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles there again. I learned that Mike was transferred from their other shop in Buford which went out of business. Gee I wonder what will happen to Kens place in Houeston in the near future.

FIVE STARS!!!!
I had never been to Hensley but heard about great reviews from a friend. Took my car in for an oil change and had a wonderful time chatting with their friendly staff until my car was ready. Best part: I saw Hensley experts giving honest, thoughtful advice to an older couple about their car. Clearly, Hensley staff was working to educate the couple about next steps for their car, rather than trying to sell services and products they did not need. I'm going back!
Jonathan always remembers our names, what kind of cars we have and what, if anything, we discussed at the last visit. Great service from everyone at Hensley.
