Overheating - Engine Head
My car had an overheating issue that was difficult to diagnose, but their team took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and identify the root cause of the problem.

Adrian is very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the issue, the recommended repairs, and the reasoning behind them in a way that was easy to understand. Paul is very friendly and has excellent customer service skills. They are able to communicated via text message, which made communication flexible, convenient, and easy to fit into my work schedule.

Another thing I really liked was their transparency. Before any work was performed, they provided an itemized quote that clearly listed all parts and services included in the repair. The quote was sent via a link through text message, which was very convenient and made it easy to review and approve the work from my phone. This gave me confidence that there would be no surprises and allowed me to make an informed decision.

I also appreciate that they made a follow-up call after the repair to ensure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the service. That level of customer care is hard to find and shows they truly stand behind their work.

The team was professional, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process, and they fixed the problem correctly the first time. Thank you for a job well done!
