Honesty Appreciated
I so appreciate Mike and his team at Heatherdowns Auto. As a single woman, I place my trust in Heatherdowns Auto when something goes wrong with my car and I appreciate their honesty. I recently had an issue with my muffler; Mike pointed out that since I had previous work done on my muffler it would be under warranty and I would only owe for labor and other related parts, not the muffler itself, which would have been hundreds of dollars. I also appreciate that I'm treated with fairness and equality as a female customer, and any questions that I have are always met with kindness and respect.
