Sales and Finance are great are great service is lacking
I bought a 2022 Santa Fe and the sales and finance staff were terrific. I have major issues with the service i have received. At one point the horns went out on my Santa Fe. Took it in for service they ordered new horns and replace the bad ones. After that service I began to hear a noise i n the under carriage. It turns out the splash guard under the front was possible not put back on correctly. I had not had the car serviced anywhere else up to this point. When it was determined the splash guard was damaged the service depart took pictures and the service manager was supposed to call. They said they would not replace the guard and service manager never called. If I end up buy a new guard out of my own pocket my next car will not be from Hatchett.
