The opposite of customer-centric : avoid or be VERY careful
Don't expect quality customer service from Hanlees. My experience was the opposite. They follow the old-world approach of put the dealership first and the customer last. Be careful of quirky policies which are in their favor and against yours, and costly over-priced add-ones which are compulsory (who needs a $400 “door protector” as an add-on which appears as a surprise in the final invoice?). It's places with business practices like Hanlees that perpetuate the unscrupulous reputation of car dealers.
