First time in and was greeted and treated like family! Team was exceptional and went over and beyond for me today! Highly recommend and will be bringing my vehicles to Hank’s from now on!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!
My vehicle was needing some repairs and HANKS came through for us! They even took the time to go through vehicle and find issues that I didn't know I even had!! This says ALOT about the company. I am not a wealthy person and they was able to hooked me up with SNAP financing and we got it done! I am so grateful for Trish, Pete, Ed, and Justin for all of your hard work and honesty. What a great place!!! Totally satisfied.

sunroof repair
I got an estimate to fix my sunroof. they called and told me they had diagnosed the problem and a new motor and switch was needed $1300.00. I took the car to Tyler to Moose auto glass, and they cleaned drain tubes, cleaned and greased gears and track, aligned window and fixed one bad connection. They also fixed a small loose spot in headliner $150.00 total! I will no longer trust Hank's with my repairs.

Rip Off
EXTREME over charging. $700 to replace a starter that is literally a two bolt and wire harness job. Do NOT recommend.

HANKS is a Big Disappointment
Hanks is a ABSOLUTE disappoint. There customer service was friendly until you realize it’s a front, as Justin’s tries to make you feel comfortable before they try to squeeze you for every penny you have.
I was not told that they only use OEM parts and was instead told, when I asked why the parts are so much “ it’s the cheapest and fastest part we could find”. I don’t have much knowledge of cars and I feel they where taking advantage on that fact. Also the “quote” was circled dollar amount on a piece of paper with random numbers scrambled all over it. I had to ask for a typed up break down.
I found the same work for 1200$ cheaper with a honest mechanic 10 min up the road.
If I wanted OEM parts and products I would have gone to the dealership to get rip off.
Can’t speak on there work, but being honest and transparency is what I am critiquing Hanks Automotive on, they have neither.
I also like how the 5 star reviews on here never give any details, just a vague review. I find that Interesting….
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Great Job
I took my car in because the temperature would go up and the ac would stop cooling. They fixed the problem fast, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I am very pleased with the job. They were very nice. Great job guys. I WILL recommend Hanks in Lindale Tx.

Kevin said the people are nice, but he felt they tried to take advantage of him. He had a diagnosis done and was told that there were a lot of things wrong with the vehicle. He took it to another facility for a second opinion and there was not as many things wrong as the person from this business told him. He would not recommend this business for service due to this issue.
Jerry said the staff at this business did a great job and did exactly what they said. They managed to work him in without an appointment. They were there when he needed them and knew exactly what his vehicle needed. They did a terrific job and he appreciates everything they did for him. There were no problems.
