Best Dealership Around
When buying a vechicle - make sure you deal with Bob Folker. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Friendly, Knowledable and went out of his way to help make sure to put me in the vechicle I wanted. Also want to give a shout out to their finance manager Tim. Also a great person, friendly and easy to deal with. Remember to buy your next car from Hampton Hyundai for a great buying experience

Hampton can not provide timely service to vehicles that they sell
I bought a vehicle from this dealership less than a year ago. There are many warning lights on the dashboard. I am unable to get an appointment for this until November. I feel if you can’t service vehicles that you sell in a timely manner then you don’t have a very good dealership and I would not recommend purchasing here. Of course, the sales people appear to be very accommodating but isn’t that part of the game?

Worst dealership
I could not get my car started called service dept was told go find someone to give you a jump start. This is after I sat in my car on hold for 15 minutes.

This is not the first time I have had bad service from them!

I will never buy a car from hyandai again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there and I will also post your rude service dept all over social media!

very smooth and happy experience for my service
I took my 2021 Kona in for a serpentine belt and some minor problems I thought I had. turns out I needed an alignment was very happy with the service I got and the nice attitudes from all workers. enjoyed my day while my car was getting repaired. Thank you Hampton Hyundai I will be back when I need service.

Faith back in the Dealer
For the past few years, we strictly purchase our automobiles via Carvanna as it was straight forward and they did not give you the dealer two-step run around.
So we decided that we would give a dealer a shot at our business and we chose Hampton Hyundai to give them a shot at our business...
And I had Carvanna as a plan B because we had no hassle purchases previously.
Well, my wife and I were blown away at the experience of purchasing our vehicle with Dan Ewbank and Jennifer Hart by far the easiest and least pressure of any dealer purchase we have ever had. KUDOS to both of them for making the sales process easy. That is what people like when buying a high ticket item no pressure the keep it simple silly (KISS) sale approach always works. Yes we would purchase again from Hampton because of the sales folks as much as the quality of vehicles.

Out of towner
I showed up without an appt on Monday morning and Bobby fit me for my issue. I came in from North Carolina to visit and of course had an issue the first day with my Sonata. The service team diagnosed my problem and had the parts on hand. They removed and replaced the faulty part and had me back with my family in less than 3 hours. Well under the time they quoted! Bobby was very helpful and professional and provided updates throughout the process. Thanks!!

excellent costumer service , I cant say any bad things , the issues what my vehicle had was solved professionally , and unexpectedly fast . I cant thank enough for the service department .
As long as I owe this vehicle this is the only place where I bring it for maintenance.

Appointments hard and long out to get
Hard to get a appointment and if you get one even in a emergency it's weeks out.hard when warranties make it where you have to go here.when having something die in your engine is wild to begin with.and trying to explain to them you need a appointment it's still going to be weeks out.had to go up and show I really needed help

As I've said, the service and people are great. My only issue was the wait time, 2 hours for oil and tire rotation, seems like a long time.

Great overall job and personnel
Overall high praise to staff. Very professional and friendly personnel and maintenance guys are fast and efficient. Only concern is that you can never schedule earlier than a month or more out. Also, the car is never washed even if it's been promised in the past. Overall, still great place.
