Totally Unsatisfactory With Regards to Customer Service
When your are in the "Service" business, your customers should expect a good experience. This is not the case regarding this dealership. It is one thing to have a late model vehicle with 6,000 miles on it be towed to the lot, and then be told it will be 1.5 to 2 weeks before they can look at it because I didn't schedule an appointment (guess I missed the notification from the vehicle that it was going to have a major electrical failure)! That was unacceptable on its own merit, but when the service advisor will not even commit to contacting me in 8 business days to provide a "status" was incredible. I even clarified I wasn't expecting the vehicle be repaired, but let me know where I was in the que.
