Highly recommended, exceptional service and team.
Hamden Auto Body is the only body shop I'll bring my car to. They always provide exceptional customer service, quality of work, and great communication. They make what could be a very painful and stressful process a painless one. They go above and beyond, and even detailed/cleaned my car after the repair.

Great Autobody repairs
I have dealt with Hamden Auto body for a number of years. The customer service and work continues to remain excellent. Drop off and pick up were easy. I was kept informed via text of the status of the repairs through the process.
They were able to answer all questions regarding not only the repair, but also what to expect with the vehicle, rental, and other questions that I had related to insurance coverage. This was all done in a cheerful friendly manner, which was very much appreciated. It’s so nice to know that they have maintained a successful effective business model for the years that I have worked with them. Thank you, Hamden Auto!

Long delayed repair without any explanation until call
Although the work quality is good, the whole process took way too long to complete. No update or explanation was received until I made the phone call.

The workmanship is high quality. Communication about insurance delay and completion schedule could have been much better. Even so, would use again.

Excellent Work

Golden Experience of a Certified Subaru Facility
The shop installed original parts on my 2015 forester. Their service was superior and I was thrilled with everything about Hamden Auto Body shop. The staff was the best I have ever met in dealing with customer service staff., It was an outstanding experience. The rental that I was provided with was a 2022 Outback !!!
