Disappointing
I expected a lot from Hamblins after reading reviews and seeing they're listed as a certified Subaru Collision Center, but my experience with Hamblins was poor. Their time management and communication left something to be desired. I found out about delays only after calling and checking in. They were not proactive when it came to communication. I expect my car to be at a certain stage as told by the adjuster, then call and find out its been delayed. This happened at the welding stage, paint stage, and then again prior to delivery. My car was finished on a Friday and was not delivered to me until Thursday of the following week- unacceptable! I just wouldn't recommend Hamblins based on my experience.
