Long wait
I went in for an oil change. Sit there almost three hours, vehicle still sitting in the same spot I drove it in. Had an appointment, that didn’t matter.
Frustrated as hell, I left. Frustration kicked in when another lady that came in an hour after I did got her car serviced before I did. She also had an oil change. I asked Mandy why, she said different technician and she doesn’t have control over what goes on back there. Control or not, no one should have to wait on an oil change for three or more hours.
Good customer service should be for all customers, not just for some customers.
I know it was Valentine and they were excited. Business is business. No one should have to wait that long for a freaking oil change. Ridiculous!!!
