DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
I write this on behalf of a family friend: Guss Automotive does not stand by their word. They charged us nearly $7,000 to rebuild our engine, but the vehicle is not drivable, makes a terrible grinding sound when running and emits tons of toxic exhaust. We attempted several times to resolve the matter, but Gus Meza refused to do the right thing. We ended up taking him to court and was awarded over $5,800, but still he refuses to return our money. We are now writing a demand letter and will follow up with a lien against him and his business and attempt to garnish his wages. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR MAJOR REPAIRS. So disappointing that a small business owner would treat his community in this way. Shameful!

NOTE: I will continue to post bad reviews until this matter is resolved.

NOT A TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS OWNER
I write this on behalf of a family friend: Guss Automotive does not stand by their word. First visit
This was my first visit , I needed a oil change and the front breaks done on my car ? they did a excellent job, the mechanic gave mote a ride home so I would not have to wait there and picked me up when it was complete. They also put Windsheild fluids and air in my tire no extra charge!

Worse experience ever
Gustavo had my truck for 5 months and didn’t fix it , so unprofessional! It was the worse experience ever , I spend over $7000 dollars and my truck it’s not working at all

It was good but i think i am unsure
While they did a great job on wasting no time replacing the fan blades on the vehicle, i have been watching them and i swear I thought i saw them pour in green antifreeze into the radiator and the vehicle does NOT take that type of coolant!

It only takes the orange dex cool coolant which i even had in the back of the vehicle

Now as for the other good things to say, i did appreciate mr guss offering me a bottle of water and pointing out the body shop just across his shop
