Bait and switch, deceptive pricing practices, etc..
Review your pricing closely and look for useless add ons $$$, such as, protective coatings and protection plans. They will bury it in the financing.
I was actively negotiating with this dealership over a used car. I made a serious offer, minus the useless add ons they tried to sneak in, and was ready to move quickly, and maintained open communication.
While still in discussion with the salesperson, they sold the vehicle to someone else, without even giving me a chance to respond or finalize our negotiations.
This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional!
Time is valuable, and buyers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when we’re negotiating in good faith.
If you’re considering buying from here, be very cautious, they may not honor your interest or give you a fair chance to close. And look for expensive unwanted add ons.
