A true gem, no hassle buying experience
I wasn’t looking for a vehicle, but they reached out to me to see how my vehicle was doing and if I was ready to trade mine in. My vehicle was only 3 years old and didn’t even have 24k miles, so it wasn’t even something I was considering. I told her (Janet) the only way I would trade it in was if I went up to the trim package that had all the features that I didn’t get with my previous Tucson.

She found one that had what I was looking for and more and I have been very pleased with my purchase. I love my Tucson(s). This is my 3rd and I have loved all of them.

This was a great buying experience. No pressure, so shady sales tactics, just straight forward and to the point.
