Saved us!
In less than 24 hours Brian and his team were able to diagnose and repair our vehicle after traveling from Florida to Wisconsin and breaking down! Feeling stranded and overwhelmed, Griesbach came to our rescue by properly diagnosing our vehicle with a bad alternator that had been previously replaced in Florida back in May. We are beyond grateful for how quickly this shop was able to repair our car to get us on the road safely back to Florida. I know they think it’s their job but to us we felt like they saved us. We can’t thank them enough!

Excellent service reasonably priced
Prompt attention to my vehicle was the best part of my overall experience. Well, one of the best parts. The other high point was the quality of the work and the reasonable price for the work that was completed on my Toyota vehicle. Definitely would recommend Griesbach auto service.

Holiday weekend flat tire.
Discovered flat tire on my vehicle on a Friday before the start of a long holiday weekend. I have have my vehicles service by Griesbach Auto Service Weston for years. My flat happened in the parking lot at work, which is only a mile from the Griesbach Auto Service Wausau location. I called the Weston location and I was transferred to the Wausau location because it was much closer. I talked with Brian who was able to get me in at 3:45 right after work. Thankfully I had a battery jump pack with compressor in my vehicle. I filled my tire with enough air to slowly nurse it to the Wausau location. Cody was waiting for me and got me right. It was the Friday before the long 4th of July weekend. I knew Cody and Scott, who worked on my tire, wanted to get out of there and start their long weekend but they stayed to fix my tire. Had they not stayed, I would have had to wait until Wednesday to get my tire fixed. NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE and why I keep coming back to Griesbach Auto Service! Brian, Cody, and Scott turn a major headache into a minor inconvenience. They fixed my tire and got me back on the road in 45 minutes. Thank you to the Griesbach Team!

Estimate was provided timely, very thorough with recommended repairs prioritized and estimated cost of each repair subtotaled. Work was completed early and under budget. Great place to take your vehicle! Highly recommend!!
