Absolutely recommended!
I give David Bonelli my highest recommendation as a financial officer/mortgage coordinator. David helped my husband and I with the purchase of our new house earlier this year, and we were extremely pleased with David's obvious strength in this field. I have not met a person so willing to be available at any time of the day, and his kindness throughout. David is in tune with the market and latest financial trends, is personable, ethical, very knowledgeable on financial processes, and seeks the best interest of his customers. I am very thankful for his assistance in purchasing our dream house.

Lack of transparency in how programs worked, not having documents in order without many changes.

The process has not been as smooth as i hoped
The two agents that I have dealt with are competent and very pleasant. But the process has been rocky to say the least. 6 weeks after closing there have still been requests for more documentation, and my payments so far have been to Graystone and not yet to the company who will be holding the mortgage. Not even sure yet who that will be.

Professionals who made it easy
The process was fast and efficient. Along the way, they promptly and courteously answered all my questions. Exactly the kind of team I needed since I was a clueless customer and needed plenty of guidance. There were no gaps in communication, no lag time. They made the process so easy even though I'm sure the paperwork was not!
