I called ahead to check to see if Greulichs does car inspections for Uber and Lyft, come to find out they do. I inquired about getting mine done and how soon it could be done. They told me to come right in and the price. I came to the store and was greeted right away. The service area was very clean and well kept. The waiting area was comfortable and had drinks and a tv to view as my services was getting done. I asked about future services and was given a price right away. And they were very reasonable. While they were inspecting my car, they noticed the tire wear was off and pointed out I am in need of a alignment and how much it would cost. I really appreciated knowing the price and also knowing that I was not pressured into getting an alignment that day. I was in and out within the time frame I was given. And I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. I found the key element in this establishment was Customer Service. Thank you all for your fast, friendly and true customer service.
