A/C Repair
Last fall, I took my Chevy Suburban to the dealership because my A/C stop working. They found a leak in the line and quote me $4K to fix it by replacing the entire line.
I didn't have the $ to get it fixed.

This past Monday, In anticipation to this summer, I decided to get a "second opinion" and took the vehicle to Greg's Auto Repair. They did the diagnostic and ended up having to replace a fitting on the back part of the line for $987. A huge price difference from the dealership.

Honesty is key and the mechanics, staff, and owner's have it here.

I'm very happy and ready for the summer!

Regular Maintenance
I had my Subaru in for regular oil change, tire rotation and general mechanical checkout. They performed the service efficiently and were very courteous. They are my go to for car service.

Great experience
It’s not very often that shelling out hard earned money for unexpected auto repairs is a positive experience but Gregs’s in Westfield provided just that. They were able to get my car in pretty quickly and completed the tasks accurately and efficiently. I received 2 phone calls along the way providing transparent information and completion timeline. Would return when necessary and recommend to others!

Oil change
We set up an appointment, u guys were almost an hour late, missed work time, how much is an hour worth for u? Why make an appointment, really disappointed and pissed off

Repairs to car
Went in for a problem for smoke coming out of my car. They diagnosed the problem and let me know issue and gave me breakdown of price before any work was done.

My amazing experience
My experience was amazing. I stopped in just to ask if they did the kind of work I needed and they said sure. I was so excited. Then I asked when they could do the work the gentleman said tomorrow , I thought I would faint. He said drop it off in the morning, you'll have it later in the day.
And I did. Super service , polite, courteous, listened to me explain my problem without making me feel intimidated, real nice group of professionals who treat you like an equal. That means a lot to me, and yes I am a female and they are all men of various ages, but a great group of m'.

Great service!
I visited Greg’s today for an oil change and to get by hatch struts repaired. The tech diagnosed the struts problem over the phone and had the parts delivered before my appointment, and I was there less than an hour. Stellar service!
