I broke down in Virginia Beach, VA 87 miles from home in the pouring rain during very busy traffic on a Friday night. I contacted Gregory's and spoke with Justin. He recognized and understood my dilemma and suggested another place to have my truck towed which was closer than Gregory's while ensuring me that they would welcome my business in either case. His suggestion did not pan out so I called him back and made arrangements to tow my truck to his shop. Justin was very friendly, professional, and eager to ease my mechanical problems. When I left my truck with him he gave me an estimate of how long it would take to get it done at his shop and the dealer for computer work. He called me 2 days before his initial estimate informing me that my truck was done and had been road tested for 30 miles and was road ready to pick up at my convenience. I was absolutely pleasantly shocked that it was turned around so quickly. Justin was astute enough to make the dealer appointment immediately after ordering the new part. Genius on his part. I can't vouch for the work yet, but I have a 3 year unlimited miles warranty on the work. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of mechanical assistance. Mine was a transmission replacement. Thank you Justin. This service more than surpassed my expectations!!!
