Had 3 visits to this shop. All were excellent with good outcomes at very reasonable price. Customer service is top notch. Definitely a repeat customer. Definitely recommend!!

Customer service
I have a 2014 Ford escape and the front bearings went out. The owner Shane went above and beyond getting it fixed within my budget. And i have had no problems with it. I will continuing sending my car there for repairs. Thanks Shawn

Bad service and repairs
Give been taking my car here for about 2+ yrs, spent well over 2k. I went to get a basic oil change. Well 3 days later, my engine blew out. They replaced the engine. Days later, my transmission went out. Came to find out, they took my good transmission out and replaced it with used one with a 30 day warranty, according to an ex employee. Spoke with shop owner, was told there was 60 day warranty, which of course, had already expired. Also came to learn, the father of the shop owner was given a transmission to put in my car. According to ex employee, she advised the shop owner do not put transmission in the car due to they had no idea where it came from. Now, my transmission is still out and the shop owner is expecting me to pay for it!!!! He could just rebuilt my transmission. I had no problems with my car/transmission until the faulty oil change !!!!! I will NEVER take my car to them AGAIN. FILING A SUIT AGAINST THEM ASAP!!!! This happened almost a year ago n still having issues with the owner.

Great customer service!!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had them replace a camshaft sensor on my 2008 nissan frontier, and those a very hard to even see let alone replace. Price was very fair. I will use their service from now on.

great service, and very fair prices. would recomend greens to anyone needing repair
all I can say is the best repair shop I have been to. I used wills point automotive and they told me my engine was blown. They told me they would take to be crushed and not charge me for the tow,, About a week later I saw my jeep on the side of HWY 80 with a for sale sign on it. I could not believe what I saw. I called and after several words he gave me my jeep back.
I trust Greens Tire and Auto and don't think they would be crooked. The part they put on my jeep is perfect. They will be the only mechanic to ever work on my cars.

Amazing speed and quality of service
This shop was the most helpful one I know of when it comes to customer service and pricing. They gave me the pricing and fixed everything that needed fixed and then some. The speed of the service was outstanding, if I would of went to firestone I would of been waiting for years, but they did everything on my vehicle even while helping other customer in less than 45 minutes and I couldn't believe it. I recommend this place for anything you need that they can do.

Great service
I went to get my car inspected when the mechanic noticed someone keyed a horrible word in my hood. Without any asking on my behalf he offered to try to get it out of my hood the best that he could no charge to me. He wasn't able to get it completely out but now you can barely tell it ever happened. He will definitely have my business from now on and I will sure to tell all my friends and family about my experience I had. You can tell this place actually cares about their business and they don't just look at customers as another dollar sign. Thank you so much greens automotive.

Donald said he took his vehicle to this business, so they could test it and check the front end. He wanted to get a second opinion. He took his vehicle to another business that wanted to charge him $930 to do a bunch of other work that was not needed on his vehicle. This business only charged him $80 to put a part on. Now his vehicle is running great.

Tripp said this facility did not fix the problem. They thought it was the battery and charged him for a new one but the vehicle is still doing the same thing. He is going back to them for a refund or to see if they can try and fix the issue free of charge. They are nice, they are quick and the facility is nice as well. They do run a good business and understands this happens in this type of industry.
