I appreciate that Mauricio checks to make sure that my car is getting what it needs to run well, but NEVER tries to talk me into things that my car does not need. I also appreciate the reminder text when it is time for me to return for service.
First time using Greenhill Auto and they will be my go-to for as long as Mauricio is still there! There was some problem with the listed phone number when I called (3 times! Could not get through on any of those attempts) and he actually called me back from an alternate number (thank god for caller id, right?). He saw someone was trying to call and took the time, and CARED ENOUGH, to call back. Priceless right there! Took my car in the next day, finished the work that day, fair price, no “up-sell,” thoughtful recommendations for future service … fair, honest, genuine man. A treasure. I’d give him 10 stars, but 5 is all that one is allowed.
I have an older car - some might call it a beater. It usually runs great, but whenever it has an issue or needs maintenance, I take it to Greenhill and they provide fast, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably-priced service. I really couldn't ask for more.
Mauricio is an excellent mechanic, and he always provides excellent service. It’s a pleasure to know that he takes care of my car. I don’t have any worries.
