Unprofessional Service and Disrespectful Treatment by Staff

I’ve come to this shop a few times in the past for oil changes and never had a bad experience until today. I walked in calmly and respectfully and was met with instant attitude from the person at the desk (Jake). I inquired about a diagnostic that had previously been offered free to both myself and my son in the past, only to be told it would cost over $200 this time. I declined and requested only an oil change.

After the oil change was complete, my keys were held for 15 minutes before I was informed my car was ready—despite me visibly waiting in the lobby. When I was finally called, I was quoted nearly double what I’ve consistently paid at this same location. When I calmly questioned the sudden increase, Jake responded in a very dismissive tone, saying, “You didn’t pay thirty-something dollars here.” I found that response unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering I have past receipts showing otherwise.

When I expressed my disappointment and mentioned I planned to leave a review, he handed back the cash I had attempted to use for the payment and said, “It’s on the house.” As I was walking out, he added, “Don’t come back.” No receipt, no proper explanation—just cash handed back and a cold dismissal. This is the first time I’ve been treated with such disrespect at an establishment I’ve used before. I definitely don’t plan on returning, and I hope future customers are treated with more professionalism than I was.

2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Service

One of the rear tail lights on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was pulled out away from the body after running my Jeep through a car wash recently. The roller that was cleaning the backside of my Jeep got caught on the rear tail light and yanked the entire housing out of the body of my Jeep. The carwash staff ordered a new replacement rear tail light housing and paid for the replacement. I have been taking my Jeep to the fine folks at Green & White Automotive in Spring Tx on Spring Cypress Rd near Old Town Spring for many years. They replaced the tail light and I was on my way in a short period of time. Take your vehicle to the fine folks at Green & White Automotive and you will be glad you did!

I simply went in here to get a vehicle inspection done so I could renew my sticker and was pleased to find a seven dollar coupon which I’ve never seen before. In the six years I’ve lived in Houston anywhere. The service was outstanding. The front desk was beyond informative and helpful and I witnessed them helping multiple customers with care, enthusiasm and fair prices with a trusted local mechanic. I’ve never seen this type of service in the environment and the world that we live in today. I highly recommend them for any mechanical need they do everything you possibly could need done for your vehicle with a Home friendly, kind, knowledgeable, fair price.

Brake job and oil change

From top of the line customer service I am completely satisfied with Green & White Automotive. Had a brake job and oil change, my truck uses just under 9 quarts of oil, when I picked it up the small amount was made available for me. These guys are honest and get the job done.

Nice people but lack of repair skills

I have taken my car back twice due to the lack of not repairing the car right. I paid a lot of money for the car to be fixed correctly and running right and this is not the case. They might be good at small jobs but, large jobs mechanically not good.
