Will go back but they need to improve in some areas
This is my second experience with this vendor. Great experience overall with the exception of the vehicle pickup inspection. The front desk employee took us out to inspect the work. We asked some questions, and she referred to the work invoice and wasn't familiar with the work described on the invoice. Kaizen should have a employee knowledgeable of vehicle bodywork present for the post-repair inspection.

Replaced my broken radio antenna
The repair was done correctly, and everyone was helpful and friendly. Communication could have been a little more direct, but other than that, they did what I needed them to do

Fine repair but delayed repairs and poor communication
Quoted at 6-7 days for the repair, I reached out after day 7 to figure out what was going on after no communication. Said there were additional repairs. Ended up taking a month in the shop. The repairs seem fine but little to no communication.

Outstanding service!
This is my second time having repairs done at Great Plains Kaizen. Both times I’ve had outstanding service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and my repairs were done in a timely manner. Each time my vehicle was returned looking brand new.
