I was very happy, up until recently. They have worked on my car for a couple years now. My car started giving me problems months ago. I would take it to them they would replace a part and then a few days later my car was back.to doing the same thing. Finally I decided to take it to another garage. They found and fixed the problems some of which were caused by Graybeals. They used sealant when a gasket should have been used so the part wasn't getting good contact, one part wasn't even for my car, and another part wasn't even working. One of these parts weren't even put in right. They were all new parts recently put in and replaced by Graybeals. I don't know which mechanic worked on my car, but he caused more problems than he fixed. I won't be back, sorry to say because before this they had always did a great job.
