Second opinion
I had gone for an inspection at Hollywood garage on Monroe. I had a coupon. Their garage mechanic was telling me I needed 1200.00 worth of work. I went to Advance Auto on Monroe they suggested Bob at Graves. I drove over ...Bob looked at my car, and told me my car did not need any of those things/as he completed the Inspection. Honesty - Bob at Graves. We take our cars there.
I have been bringing both of my vehicles to Graves for several years and do suggest them to others when I hear people talking about having to have work done!
Quick, efficient service at a fair price. Bob even provided a loaner so I didn't need a ride or wait.
My truck needed tires and Bob suggested a great set of tires that were reasonably priced compared to other shops I called. He doesn't try to oversell and provides information on best ways to keep your vehicle in top shape. He makes service a painless process.
I have been using Graves Auto for over 8 years. I've spent over $1000 total there on 5 cars. High quality workmanship, fair pricing, no problems....ever.
Graves is very thorough but also considerate of the age of the car (1999) and amount of service necessary. I've taken my just around car there for years, when I recently wanted to take it for some longer trips they said sure they had a regimen for that too. All was done and the SUV is making five hour trips reliably. Also are the only place I know in the city of /rochester who service and inspect almost all types of vehicles including campers and motorcycles.
