Top notch, as usual
25 years pays off. Granite Alley has taken care of my Jeep for as long as I've owned it & it's approaching 400,000 miles. I've never had to worry about quality or service. The guys always figure out the problem quickly & do whatever it takes to get me back on the road.

Car fixed, black pepper recommended by True Value to sprinkle all over the engine to keep rats out so they don’t chew the cords

Excellent service
I needed a last minute appointment for an oil change before the car was needed for a trip. Got in the following day-- and even changed oil on my 2nd car. Shawn has been my go-to mechanic for more than 20 years. (He looks too young for that!!)

rodent chewed some wiring
My visit today to fix some engine warning lights seems to have been quickly resolved after finding a mouse or two had been chewing some wiring under the engine. I was glad to get it fixed in one visit. My concern is more about vermin now...

Great job Adam
Adam the auto mechanic tech is the most methodical tech I’ve seen. I pride myself as being careful and thoughtful when I work on cars but I have never seen someone as methodical as Adam. I watched Adam perform a transmission service and oil change on my truck which about two hours to complete. What I observed was a tech who takes his profession the highest level. He checked and rechecked every bolt torque and checked for leaks. After Adam services your car you won’t smell burning oil when you get home because Adam sprays cleaner and wipes down all oily areas when he is done. I appreciate Adam’s thoroughness and attention to detail.
