Judith said their promptness in taking care of the matter, their professionalism getting the part and working on it, keeping her informed. When working on it they weren't satisfied and they kept working on it until they were satisfied. She said with an older woman they wanted to be very thorough, she appreciated that, appreciate the waiting area, it was fetching, lovely, clean. She was very surprised to have a gift given to her for coming there, a bag of goodies, that was special.
