Top quality service
Overall, super people. Making my appt for car inspection was flexible and to my schedule. Day of, stopped in and waited very short time for them to complete. Gave me time to review the test, which passed. These folks underpromise and overdeliver!

Spur of the moment needed appointment
My head light went out and I stopped in to see when they could change it out and would it be possible to do it today. He asked if I could come back in an hour and I said yes. I couldn't believe they squeezed me in. Thank you

State Inspection
I dropped off my Ford Explorer for its annual NH State Inspection at 7:30am as scheduled. Inspection was completed by 10:15am. No issues found. Gentleman at front desk was friendly and professional. Good communication. A very good experience.

My heroes
Stopped in without an appointment because I found a piece that had fallen off my car. They took time to look at it, showed me why it wasn’t safe to drive and fit me in to repair it the next day. So reassuring to know that they have my back

Saved the day
I arrived at work on Friday and had to jump start my car for the second time this month. I called to see if there was any possibility of getting an appointment. They fit me in to diagnose the problem and later that afternoon my car was ready. They were professional and courteous. As a woman I never felt patronized only respected.
