Honest and quality service
Graffs has been servicing our family's cars for years. We keep returning because they are infinitely honest and they know their stuff. Recently, I was driving home and my car started yelling at me that my brake fluid was low. I drove straight to Graffs and they discovered brake fluid all over one of the tires and almost no brake pad left. Thankfully, they got me in and replaced the brakes the next day. I was pleased to note that the new brakes were smooth and not grabby like new brakes are wont to be indicating to me a technician who knows his stuff. This is just one experience after many years of excellent service that Graffs continues to provide to our community. We've been to other auto service providers in our area and no one compares to Graffs in terms of honesty and quality work. They are also less expensive than some of the others in our area. You might have to wait a week or two to get your car in but the peace of mind that we get knowing our cars are in good working order because we take them to Graffs is worth the wait. I can't recommend them highly enough.
