Just purchased news tires online and installer doesn’t do alignments. Went to Grower’s for alignment check/adjustment. In and out, just over 1 hour. Excellent price and service. Will be a repeat customer.
Service and work was great. The website for scheduling an appointment did not seem to have a section to enter a preferred appointment time. At least I didn’t see a tab for that.
I had all of the following done in the same week! The people working were also very understanding and easy to talk to when I had issues with transportation. Price is fair compared to other places I've gotten quotes from. I would definitely go back there for maintenance in the future!
I felt comfortable from the time I got there. The order intake guy was professional as he explained the job to be done and how he got to the final cost of fixing it.
I would like to greatly thank James for his help with my car situation. He was very prompt in responding to me and making sure I got the best assistance I needed no matter the time of day and I truly appreciate it. I will definitely continue my business with Gowers!

Gowers Makes it Right!
I originally took my vehicle to Gowers based on reviews. Unfortunately, the work that was done was not correct the first time and I had to have my car towed back to Gowers. The owner and the head technician corrected the situation as soon as the shop opened and gained my trust back! I will definitely be recommending Gowers to others because of their integrity and willingness to make things right!

Brakes Gone Wrong!
I brought my 2019 Mazda 3 to Gowers for the first time based off reviews. We had the front and back brakes replaced for almost $900. On our way home from the airport, the back brakes seized up and almost caused an accident. We have had the car back from Gowers for less than 6 hours. I think there is serious damage done to the brakes, rotors, and tires. luckily no one was hurt and we were able to get home. Car will have to be towed. Since it is Friday, have not had a chance for Gowers to fix this, but their contact option on the website is not working. I will repost if this is handled the right way.
