I can’t believe they still open

I’ve had my car for 3 years haven’t had heat to blow out passenger vents since I e owned it I purchased in April first winter no heat passengers side blows cold every year since I’ve owned it it goes to the shop every winter for them to mess me around till it’s hot again this year surprisingly they fixed the heat problem after 3 years had a rental for over 2 months now it’s summer guess who doesn’t have ac in the car which never had a ac problem luck ole me that’s who well I took the car back to the shop on July 05 2025 haven’t heard a word from them call them today to check on my car service department guy said they can’t get it to blow hot which is another lie they will tell to buy time really don’t understand how a new facility was built without professional technician to repair car properly the customer service at the shop is always in they feelings and that determines what level of service you will get that day I try my best to overlook the lack of customers services and communication and on top of all this I find out my car had been wrecked by my insurance company for a claim we have from hitting a puddle of water THE BBB WILL BE HEARING FROM ME AND THE NEWS pay too much per month for a car I can’t drive so I went and purchased another vehicle for my wife to enjoy until they figure out which end of the car the motor is on got kids fixing cars go see for yourself
