We hope you understand you got much more than what Autozone offers for this. We had our ASE certified technician thoroughly check your charging system for faults and parasitic leaks as well as charging your battery. We cannot expect to attract skilled technicians at what Autozone pays, but their service and advice is much more thorough than one can expect from a parts house. We feel the price is fair based on what repair shops currently charge for similar service. We are sorry you do not agree.
I feel that I didn't explain well why we had to charge you what we did. The wheels on your BMW have a smaller well for your lug nuts, preventing us from using the normal tools we have to assist in removing locking lug nuts. We had to painstakingly weld nuts onto each wheel's locking lug nut in order to get a tool onto it to remove the nut. It took several times to get a strong enough weld to be effective, and the technician took most of two working days to achieve this. When we finally got the wheels off, we realized you did not need the brake parts you provided and had authorized installation of, and we removed this cost from your bill. We did add some extra time to reset your brake warning sensor for the rear that the previous repair shop failed to do, and added a modest amount of time as the lug bolts took far longer to remove. In all you were charged far less you originally agreed to, and for far less time than it took him for the repair. We feel your negative review isn't fair, and wish you had discussed it with us before posting.

I fail to see the reason for concern. We did not charge you for a dianostic, and performed an oil change to deal with the low oil condition which was the primary issue. We offered to perform diagnostics to address what was the cause of the check engine light (by the way, it is not a loose gas cap), but you declined this service. We were up front at every point, and treated you farily and with respect.
