The technicians at Good Harbor take the time to carefully diagnose the issues, and have the excellent ability to explain the problem. They help you take a view of the immediate problem, and look to the future to get a fuller picture of your car's functioning.
I think that with any mechanic it takes time to develop trust and mutual understanding. The attitude at Good Harbor is to be clear and responsive.
