I talked to Jason about my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee's loss of power steering and I took it in the next morning. After finding no codes, he recommended I take it to the dealer to have it analyzed. The dealer’s verdict was that it needed a new power steering pump, and their estimate for a rebuilt pump + labor was over $2000 and they would need a few days to get the pump. Jason gave me an estimate close to $1500 and could do the job the following day (I voluntarily postponed it one more day.) The office assistant was friendly and efficient, Jason had my Jeep done within a few hours, and he even picked me up to go back to the shop to settle my bill and I chose to schedule even more work. Excellent experience, and they are now my home auto mechanics. Definitely GOOD GUYS!
