My Sisters Mazda ( Horrible Experience) Highly Don’t Recommend
My sister brang her car to him before for tire issues he surely replace the tires and installed them correctly. Just recently a week before Father’s Day she dropped her vehicle off because it was overheating and needed her fan to be fixed next thing you know Alex tells my sister she needs a new water pump and thermostat she said fine she will pay for what needs to be done. He called her and said the vehicle was ready as we approached the shop her vehicle was still in the garage with the hood up. We go inside he says now that the alternator is draining the battery so she needs that to be replaced she does that a few days go by he doesn’t contact her as of yesterday he called around 11am for a question and never reached back out as it’s approaching closing time she contacts him ( very unprofessional) and he then says it’s ready we go again a SECOND TIME now we have to get a battery so we go to Walmart on Osceola parkway and return he installs the battery we leave the shop not even 2 stop lights from his shop her car is now pulled over overheating at the max mind that is the original reason she brand her car there so at this point we’re fed up and we released the car so we can take it somewhere else where the work can actually get done correctly and the check engine light isn’t on after spending 887 for the same issue that the car came to his shop with. So my true experience has been horrible I don’t see any realizability in his services and he truly does not care. Do better because the motto your company goes by isn’t truly what’s happening.
