Horrible
If i could give a 0, i would. Got my car serviced 11/2021 with an Alternator replacement. 3/25 had to get my car towed back to Golbows, because my car wasn’t running properly and i had to constantly use jumper cables for my car to start up. I called Golbows back and express my concerns, the manager that is no longer working at Golbows was very rude and told me that it was nothing else that they could do. Now it’s 4/20/2023 as i was driving with my little girl in the car, my steering wheel locked up on me. So i got it towed back to Golbows. Now Scott Golbows “the manager” is saying it is the alternator and it needs to be replaced, but he won’t be doing it and that he can tow it to another location. Charge me multiple times for towing services. Scott Golbows, even mentioned the bad review i left for him. I believe that’s really why he decided not to service me or help in any way. Reviews can be edited and changed, but this review will not be. As I’m sitting in my car, waiting outside of Golbows for my car to be towed to be worked on at another location. I just want to mention this is by far the worse experience i have ever received. I recommend going to Charlie’s auto repair. Great service and he’s very helpful.
