Phenomenal Customer Service & Mechanics
I bought a car from Up Country Motors that had a laundry list of issues on it there were not disclosed to me. I asked him but he said it was in great shape. They did a diagnostic and it brought up a bunch of different things and has all the problems a car can possibly have. The guys helped me out significantly and made a list of what I needed for it to be able run safely. He took a significant amount of money off of the total and was able to help me out with getting it back to safe running shape. He did NOT charge me for the diagnostic at all due to the fact that I got screwed over so much by Ben at Up Country Motors. I 100% suggest going here if you need anything done to your car. He is going to fix the rest of it over time but I can't explain how great it is to be able to trust a mechanic. My car is running much more smoothly and feels great. My absolute go to from now on. As a woman I get worried I'm getting the run around when I have car issues and that was never the case here. 10 out of 10.
